Hi! My name is Lydia Quillin. I’m married to my wonderful husband, who happens to be my best friend. We met at seminary, where I was blessed to earn a master’s degree in Christian education. I am the stay-at-home mom of three active little boys. We homeschool, so I have plenty of time to spend with my guys. I love to read, make crafts, and play video games with my family.
I also am a follower of Christ. I enjoy studying the Bible and sharing with others what God is teaching me. That’s what this blog is all about! I hope to be able to encourage others by sharing practical insights from the Word of God, as well as sharing tidbits of my own journey.
With that in mind, my purpose behind She Lives Worthy is to help women grow in biblical knowledge and discernment (Phil. 1:9-11), so that they can live worthy of God’s calling (Eph. 4:1) to be holy and blameless before Him (Eph. 1:4).
I plan to do that in three primary ways:
- Teaching sound doctrine
- Introducing women to helpful resources
- Hosting online Bible studies and challenges
